Our Schools

Introduction

Wolverhampton is rated as one of the top cities in the UK for families, with almost 90 per cent of the City’s primary and secondary schools being rated as ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. We are an ambitious organisation focused on delivering the best services for people in Wolverhampton; working for one of our schools will give you the opportunity to make a difference to their lives.

Non-teaching support staff, employed on NJC terms and conditions, will be able to join an excellent Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). Teaching staff will be eligible to join the Teachers’ Pension Scheme. Other employee benefits, such as Salary Sacrifice Schemes, may be available to school-based employees.
