Employee engagement is an important factor within our organisation and we want to ensure that every employee has the opportunity to be heard. We conduct regular employee surveys and hold a number of equality forums meetings such as Gender, Maternity and Paternity, LGBT+, Disability and Age and Race, Religion and Belief.
Our People Strategy is also built on extensive employee engagement and reflects the priorities that are important to our employees. We will continue to focus on our strategy over the coming years and our employees will continue to help shape it.
