Green space, arts and leisure
Our award-winning Green Flag parks and public open spaces are a credit to our City.
Surrounding the City Centre, there are a number of parks and open spaces you can visit to enjoy the great outdoors. Many of our employees like to take a walk before or after work or on their lunch break. In easy reach of the Civic Centre, we have:
- Bantock Park
- West Park
- East Park
Our City is known for its rich cultural diversity and thriving centre for arts and entertainment. We have the only traditional theatre in the Black Country, an art-house cinema, a gallery and we are one of the top ten UK cities for live music with our iconic Civic and Wulfrun Halls and Slade Rooms.
