Wellbeing@Work

Employee health and wellbeing matters to us and we encourage all employees to seek support should it be required. We offer employee led wellbeing initiatives, celebrate wellbeing days and run regular wellbeing engagement with employees to gauge the wellbeing needs of the individuals and the Organisation.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

I am very passionate about yoga and feel privileged to be able to share this ancient practice with staff, to help improve their wellbeing, especially during these challenging times!

Wellbeing forms a significant part of our quarterly professional conversations, one to ones and supervision, alongside our Learning and Development offer.

We also have a dedicated Our People Portal, that covers the life cycle of the employee and allows access to the Wellbeing@Work section that provides information, guidance and resources that cover the following topics:

  • Supporting Mental Health
  • Financial Support
  • Bereavement Support
  • Reward and Recognition
  • Wellbeing through giving

Support includes employee assistance programme, occupational health, dedicated webinars, guides and resources, in house mental health first aiders, wellbeing library service, yoga and meditation sessions plus lots more.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

The Our People - Wellbeing@Work has been an invaluable resource offering up to date advice, guidance and support in different formats in one place for both my professional and personal needs. From a professional perspective Wellbeing@Work supports myself and my colleagues offering wellbeing tips and activities such as yoga and chatty cafes to offering colleague support from the mental health first aiders to the Employee Assistance Programme all kept up to date and available if and when needed.
